    Cheese Ball: Rocky Road Cheesecake Ball

    List of Ingredients




    2 packages Swiss Miss cocoa with marshmallows.
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    sugar if you need it -- maybe 1 tbsp.
    1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
    1/2 of an 8 oz. package 1/3-less fat cream cheese
    1/2 cup chocolate cracker or cookie crumbs

    Recipe



    Mix it all up and form a log or ball, roll it in the cookie crumbs. Serve with chocolate grahams or pretzels.
