    List of Ingredients




    10 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    2 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/4 cup dry white wine

    Recipe



    At low speed, beat all ingredients together until blended (mixture will not be smooth) Pack in jars, cover, and refrigerate Makes about 4 cups
