List of Ingredients
1 Tbsp minced fresh chives
1 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp minced fresh basil leaves
One 5-1/2- to 6-ounce log of fresh chevre (goat cheese)
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Baguette slicesRecipe
1. On a 12x15-inch piece of plastic wrap, mix the chives, cilantro and basil. Roll cheese log in herb mixture to coat evenly.
2. Set on a small rimmed plate or serving dish and drizzle with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Serve with baguette slices.
