Cheese: Hot Pepper Cheese Dip

8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3 drops Tabasco sauce Recipe
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and milk; beat until smooth. Stir in red bell pepper, celery, garlic powder and Tabasco. Spoon into a serving bowl; cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
