    List of Ingredients




    2 c Monterey Jack cheese shredded
    2 c Mild cheddar cheese shredded
    6 Green onions sliced
    2/3 c Sweet red pepper, finely chopped
    2 tb Jalapeno peppers, seeded finely chopped

    Recipe



    Melt together cheeses in the top of a double boiler over simmering water for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in green onion, red pepper and jalapeno pepper. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
