This stuff is wonderful -- I could eat it alone out of the bowl. Have also skipped the orange rind and didn't miss it a bit!

List of Ingredients

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 dash ginger or apple pie spice


Recipe

Combine softened cream cheese and marshmallow creme. Mix until well blended. Stir in rind and ginger. Serve with fresh fruit.
