List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
1 quart Mexican spiced tomatoes, drained -- reserve juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
jalapeno peppers, as desired for hotness
1 medium onion, minced
1 large jar hot salsa
1 package shredded cheese
Recipe
Brown ground beef and add rest, except cheese. Cook in Crock Pot for 5-6 hours. Add cheese and serve with Tortilla Chips.
