Seafood: Clam and Cream Cheese Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup light cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch white pepper
1 8 ounces can minced clams, drained
Recipe
Blend cream cheese and cream until smooth; mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
VARIATION: Prepare as directed, reducing cream to 2 Tblsp and adding 2 Tblsp spicy brown mustard, 1 Tblsp grated onion, 1/4 crushed garlic and 1/8 tsp liquid hot red pepper seasoning.
