1 pound crab
8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons minced parsley
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
In a medium bowl, gently mix cooked, shredded crab with cream cheese, being careful not to overmix. Shape into a log. In a small bowl, combine parsley, chopped onion, salt, liquid hot pepper sauce, and pepper. Sprinkle the spices on a cutting board and roll the crab and cheese roll over it until the cheese roll is completely covered. Chill an hour before serving. Serve with crackers, bread or raw vegetables. Serves 16.
