8 ounces cream cheese (not fat free)
1 can good quality crab meat
bottled seafood sauce
crackers and lemon wedges
Recipe
One of the easiest appetizers in the world: Put a block of cream cheese (low fat, BUT NOT nonfat, will work) on a platter. Drain a can of good quality crab meat and arrange over the cream cheese. Cover with bottled seafood sauce, surround with crackers and lemon wedges, and serve.
