Guacamole: Creamy Garlic Guacamole

List of Ingredients
2 Avocados
1 head garlic
7 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lime
Recipe
Bake garlic for 1 hour at 350ºF. When garlic is done remove paper . Mix with remaining ingredients (easy if you do it all in a food processor). This has a whole lot of garlic, and is pretty spicy too; tastes better after sitting for a day in the fridge.
Buny's Note: to prevent browning, leave avocado pit in the prepared guacamole and cover with seran wrap.
