Dijon Tofu Dip

16 ounces tofu, drained
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon horseradish powder
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, mincedRecipe
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Add a little water if necessary for ease in preparation. HELPFUL HINTS: This makes quite a large amount of dip. It keeps well in the refrigerator. Makes a delicious topping for baked potatoes.
