Seafood: Dilled Salmon Spread

List of Ingredients
3/4 cup extra firm silken tofu, drained (6 oz)
4 ounces whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (1 tbl. dried)
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
6 ounces boneless skinless salmon, drained
Recipe
Combine all ingredients except for salmon in food processor and process until smooth. Add salmon and pulse until combined but still chunky. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Serve with french bread or cracker
