Festive Roasted Pepper Dip

1 jar roasted red peppers, drained
1 4-1/2 ounce can chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Recipe
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix until well blended.� Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Serve with vegetables or chips. (Yield: 3 cups)
