    Herb: Green Herb Dip

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
    1/4 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup watercress leaves
    1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
    1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
    1 green onion, cut into 1" pieces

    Recipe

    Place yogurt, mayonnaise and salt in food processor or blender. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and blendon high speed about 30 secfonds, or processing, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until finely chopped. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until slightly thickened and chilled. Serve with raw vegetables if desired. Cover and refrigerate any remaining dip. Makes 1 cup.
