Artichoke: Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 jar diced pimentos, drained
1 clove garlic, minced
chopped tomato (garnish)
sliced green onions (garnish)
Recipe
Heat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients; spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onion. Serve with assorted crackers or pita triangles.
