    2 16-ounce cans garbanzo beans
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon salt
    6 tablespoons tahini
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    Chopped parsley

    Recipe



    Drain garbanzo beans, reserving liquid from 1 can. In a medium bowl, combine beans and reserved liquid.  With a fork, mash the beans.  Add garlic, salt, tahini, and lemon juice; mix until smooth.  Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with parsley. Makes 3 cups
