    Artichoke: Lite Cheesy Artichoke Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1 14 ounces can artichoke hearts in water, drain -- coarse chopped
    1 cup light sour cream
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons sliced green onions
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 dash hot pepper sauce

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350ºF. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread in ungreased 9" quiche dish, glass pie pan or shallow 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350ºF for 18-24 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm with fresh veggie dippers or crackers. Store in fridge. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
