List of Ingredients
15 avocados
3 white onions, minced
3 large tomatoes, finely chopped
1 8 ounce bott Italian dressing
salt and pepper to taste
garlic, minced, to taste
leaves from several cilantro stems -- finely chopped
Recipe
Peel avocados and mash them in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic. Add onions, tomatoes, Italian dressing and cilantro, if desired. Mix well. Serve the guacamole on a bed of lettuce garnished with tomato slices as a side dish. It can also be used as an appetizer at a meal.
