    Mustard: Mustard Sauce

    1 cup sugar
    1 heaping tablespoon dry mustard
    3 eggs
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine

    Recipe



    Stir together sugar and mustard. Set aside. Beat eggs, then add sugar, mustard mixture, vinegar and butter. Cook, stirring constantly until eggs are done. It will thicken as it cools. Pour into jar and keep refrigerated, will keep up to 7 days. This is a good sauce for ham or roast beef.
