Orange Ginger Dip

List of Ingredients
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoon ground ginger
6 tbl. fresh orange juice -- (6 to 8)
1 pinch saltRecipe
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir mixture until smooth. Refrigerate until needed; will keep for 3-4 days. Makes 1 cup.
