    List of Ingredients




    1 quart oysters (retain liquid)
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    Enough water to just cover oysters
    6 pimiento-stuffed olives
    2 strips bacon, crisply cooked and   crumbled
    1 tablespoon bacon drippings
    1/4 teaspoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon sweet relish

    Recipe



    In a large saucepan, combine oysters, oyster liquid, garlic powder, chili sauce, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and water.  Cook until oysters are tender. In food, processor, combine oyster mixture, olives, bacon, bacon drippings, chili powder, and sweet relish.  Process until pulverized.  Scrape into a serving dish.  Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve on crackers. (Yield: 6 servings)
