List of Ingredients
1 quart oysters (retain liquid)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Enough water to just cover oysters
6 pimiento-stuffed olives
2 strips bacon, crisply cooked and � crumbled
1 tablespoon bacon drippings
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon sweet relish Recipe
In a large saucepan, combine oysters, oyster liquid, garlic powder, chili sauce, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and water.� Cook until oysters are tender. In food, processor, combine oyster mixture, olives, bacon, bacon drippings, chili powder, and sweet relish.� Process until pulverized.� Scrape into a serving dish.� Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve on crackers. (Yield: 6 servings)
