Pate: Smoked Tuna Pate

1 pound smoked tuna, flaked
2 3-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
Assorted crackers Recipe
In a food processor, combine tuna, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; process until smooth and well blended. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl; fold in red onion. Cover; chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers. Makes 6 servings
