List of Ingredients
2 cups sour cream
4 tablespoons fresh grated horseradish
6 tablespoons capers, drained
4 drops Tabasco sauceRecipe
Can use sauce for meat or fish, or raw veggies. Can substitute 2 tbl. cream-style prepared horseradish if desired. Mix all ingredients in bowl and place in fridge for 2 hours before using. Can be stored in fridge up to 1 week. Makes 2 cups.
