    Herb: Refreshing Dill Dip

    List of Ingredients

    8 ounces fat-free cream cheese -- softened
    1/2 cup nonfat ranch salad dressing
    2 tablespoons skim milk
    1 medium cucumber, peel, seed and chop
    2 tablespoons minced onion
    1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed

    Recipe

    With electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add ranch dressing and milk, mixing until blended. Add cucumber, onion and dill weed; mix well. Refrigerate. Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables. Makes 24 servings. (3 cups)
