Salsa Reuben Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup picante sauce
4 ounces fine chopped cooked corned beef
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Heat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and salsa; blend on low until well blended. Add the rest of ingredients and beat on low till well mixed. Spoon mixture into ungreased pie tin and bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh cut veggies. Store in fridge. Yield: 4 c.
