Seafood: Creamy Dill Salmon Spread

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 can skinless -- (6.5 ounce) boneless salmon, drained*
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 hard-boiled egg -- chopped Recipe
In a bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, onion, dill and mustard. Fold in salmon, celery and egg. Chill, covered 3 hours. Serve with buttery crackers or party rye. Makes 1 cup
Notes : *Tuna may be substituted for salmon.
