Seafood: Marinated Crabmeat Dip

* 11 ounces crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
* 3-1/2 Tbs. onions, finely chopped
* 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. soy or vegetable oil
* 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. water
* 1/3 cup cider vinegar or lemon juice
* 2 tsp. fresh parsley or dill
* 2 tsp. seafood seasoning
* 1/8 tsp. salt optionalRecipe
Combine crabmeat and onion. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crabmeat mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before using.
