1/2 pound smoked salmon
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Combine in blender or food processor until smooth. Serve on rye bread, bagels, or crackers, or as a dip. May need to add a little bit of milk.
