    Seafood: Sue's Crab Mold *

    Recipe Introduction

    Got this recipe from someone at my old church wayyy back when. Definitely worth trying -- easy and very very tasty.

    List of Ingredients

    6 ounces cream cheese
    5 green onion -- minced
    1 cup fine chopped celery
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon gelatin
    8 ounces fresh crabmeat

    Recipe

    Warm celery soup; dissolve gelatin in 3 Tbl. cold water then add to warm soup. Combine with other ingredients; refrigerate and mold until firm in a 4 c. mold. Serve with bread or crackers.
