1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup yogurt
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1 teaspoon lemon juiceRecipe
In bowl combine nuts, garlic and oil. Add yogurt, cucumber and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Serve with crisp veggies. Makes 1 1/4 c.
