Onion: Vidalia Onion Spread

List of Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups chopped vidalia onion
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325�F. Mix mayo, cheeses and onions until well-blended. Place in a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with crackers. I use Ritz or some other kind of butter cracker. Makes 5 cups
