Artichoke: Artichoke Appetizer

List of Ingredients
4 beaten eggs
1/2 pound cheddar cheese, grated
12 ounces marinated artichokes, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 dash Tabasco sauce
3 green onions, finely chopped
6 soda crackers, crushed
1 clove garlic, crushed
Recipe
Saute onions and garlic in artichoke oil; then drain. Mix all ingredients and spread in greased 8x8" pan. Bake at 325ºF for 30 minutes. Can be baked, frozen and re- heated.
