List of Ingredients
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup half-and-half
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
18 thin slices French bread
6 ounces cooked turkey thinly sliced
1 onion thinly sliced
5 strips bacon cooked and crumbled

Preheat oven to 350�F. In a small saucepan, dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and half-and-half.�� In a medium saucepan, melt butter; add flour whisking until mixture is frothy.� Gradually whisk in bouillon mixture, whisking constantly, until sauce thickens and begins to bubble.� Add cheese and stir until smooth.�
Place bread slices on an UNGREASED baking sheet; place turkey and onion on each slice.� Top with sauce and crumbled bacon. Bake for 10 minutes.� Sprinkle with parsley and serve piping hot. (18 servings)
