    Bruschetta/Crostini: Artichoke Bruschetta

    List of Ingredients

    * 1 ( 6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts. drained and patted dry and chopped
    * 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
    * 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
    * 5 to 6 Tblsp. mayonnaise
    * 16 1/3 inch-thick french bread baquette rounds

    Recipe

    Place first 3 ingredients in bowl. Mix enough mayonnaise to form thick spread. Pre-heat broiler. Top bread rounds with spread and arrange Bruschetta on baking sheet. (I use a foil lined broiler pan.) Broil until spread is heated through and begins to brouwn --about 2 minutes.
