Cheddary Artichoke Snacks

20 slc French bread toasted
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts - (6 oz) drained, chopped
1/4 cup prepared roasted red peppers sliced
2 tbl sliced green onion
1 pkt Cracker Barrel Extra-Sharp Natural Cheddar Cheese - (10 oz) thinly slicedRecipe
Top toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with additional red pepper and green onion. This recipe yields 20 pieces.
