Seafood: Creamed Lobster and Clams

List of Ingredients
2 slices green onions
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 1/2 cups half and half
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1/2 cup cooked lobster meat
1/2 cup cooked clams, minced
pastry shells
1 4 ounces can mushrooms, drained
Recipe
In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour, salt and cayenne. Add the half and half all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly. Add the wine, clams, lobster and button mushrooms. Heat through and serve in warm pastry shells. Serves 6.
