1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast
2 tablespoons Nature's Seasons blend
1/2 teaspoon lemon and herb seasoning
bread crumbs
Recipe
Cover bottom of container with a layer of bread crumbs. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Nature's Seasons on top of bread crumbs. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash on next. Rinse chicken and place immediately on top of mixture. Sprinkle on 1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash followed by 1 tablespoon Nature's Seasons. Cover with bread crumbs. Shake until chicken is completely covered. Fry in hot oil 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
