Ham & Dijon Pastry Cups

1 package frozen ready to bake puff pastry sheets
8 ounces chive and onion cream cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
4 slices smoked ham, chopped
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons Dijon mustardRecipe
Roll puff pastry into 2 (12x9-inch) rectangles on lightly floured surface. Cut each rectangle into 12 (3-inch) squares. Place pastry squares, with pastry corners pointing up, in cups of medium-size muffin pan. Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Spoon 1 tablespoonful cheese mixture into each pastry cup. Bake at 425ºF for 15 to 18 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
