    Mushroom: Keg's Stuffed Mushrooms Neptune

    List of Ingredients

    8 ounces softened cream cheese
    2 tablespoons sour cream
    1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 can shrimp
    1 can crabmeat
    green onion, chopped
    pepper to taste
    fresh mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed

    Recipe

    Combine all 8 ingredients & stuff into mushroom caps. Bake at 375ºF for 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Yield approx. 36
