2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz each)
1 cup sauerkraut, drain, pat dry
1 package Little Smokies
1 cup thousand island salad dressing
1 teaspoon prepared horseradishRecipe
Unroll dough into 16 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into thirds. Place 1 teaspoon sauerkraut and 1 Little Smokie on wide end of triangle. Roll up and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375ºF for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Mix dressing and horseradish; serve as a dipping sauce with Little Reubens. To Make Ahead Prepare and bake as directed. Cool on wire rack. Wrap in heavy-duty aluminum foil; freeze. When ready to serve, bake, unwrapped, at 375ºF for 12 minutes.
