Mushroom: Nacho Stuffed Mushrooms

24 large mushrooms, for stuffing
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 pepperoni sticks (hot), thin sliced
1 cup shredded cheeses (cheddar and mozz.)
Recipe
Remove stems from mushroom caps. Place caps, rounded side up, in large broiler pan. Brush with melted butter. Broil 6 inches from heat for 1 minute. Remove from broiler. Turn mushrooms over. Place pepperoni slices in bottom of each mushroom. Top with shredded cheese. Broil until cheese melts. Serve warm.
