Pepperoni Pinwheels

1 8 ounces can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 3 1/2 ounce sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup prepared pizza or spaghetti sauceRecipe
Heat oven to 350ºF. Seperate dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Place 8 pepperoni slices on each rectangle. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Start at shorter side and tightly roll up each rectangle, pinch to seal. Slice each roll into 4 equal slices. Place sealed-side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 18-20 minutes. Serve with warm pizza sauce. Makes 16 pinwheels.
