Mushroom: Seafood Stuffed Mushroom Caps

8 ounces fresh mushrooms, stems removed
16 ounces softened cream cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 pound imitation crab meat
1/4 pound small shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 packages dry green onion soup mix (1 oz each)
1 dash garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, green onions, crab, shrimp, dip mix, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix all together and chill mixture for about 1 hour. Spoon mixture into clean mushroom caps to stuff & serve. Makes approx. 50 caps.
