    Crescent/Pastry: Shrimp & Crescent Pinwheels

    List of Ingredients

    8 ounces refrigerated crescent rolls
    1/3 cup spreadable cheese with garlic/herbs
    1/2 cup coarse chopped cooked shrimp
    2 tablespoons chopped green onions

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll dough into long rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. Spread each rectangle with cheese. Sprinkle each with shirmp and onions; press in gently. Starting at short side of each rectangle, roll up tightly; gently press edge to seal. Cut each roll into 8 slices. Arrange slices, cut side down, on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 16.
