Balls: Spinach Balls

20 ounces frozen spinach
2 cups herb stuffing mix
1 large chopped onion
3 well beaten eggs
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
3 dashes hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Recipe
Cook spinach, drain, squeeze dry and chop fine. Add the remaining ingredients and chill for several hours. Shape into small balls, (bite size) and freeze. When ready to use, place spinach balls on cookie sheet sprayed with oil spray and lined with foil. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes and serve.
