Balls: Tofu Balls

1 package tofu
1/4 cup or less chopped onion
1 egg white
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup chopped dried cilantro
1/4 cup or less bread crumbs (to hold, not -- to stiffen)
1/4 cup or less basmati rice cooked
1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic and crushed red -- pepper
Recipe
Drain 1 pkg. tofu overnight, between two plates, with a weight on top. Cube the drained tofu and set aside. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixed. It will be a sticky mixture so, you'll need to make it into balls and roll it in bread crumbs. Then spray the balls with oil first the bake for 30 minutes.
