    Pasta: Tortellini with Roasted Garlic Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 large head garlic
    2 tablespoons cooking oil
    9 ounces fresh tortellini, cooked and drained
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    3 tablespoons hot sauce

    Recipe

    Cut 1/2 inch off top of garlic bulb; discard. Wrap garlic in foil and bake at 350ºF for 1 hour until cloves are tender. Heat 2 TBSP. Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium. Heat. Stir fry half of the tortellini for 3 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Repeat with remaining tortellini using more oil if necessary. Drain Arrange on platter. Separate garlic into cloves ; pinch each clove so roasted flesh slips out. Place cloves in a food processor; adding mayo, sour cream, cheese and hot sauce and process until smooth. Dip tortellini into sauce.
