    Blue Cheese Stuffed Wings

    12 Chicken wings thawed, washed
    1 cup Pepper sauce for marinade
    3 ounce Blue cheese crumbled
    1/2 cup Fresh bell peppers diced small
    2 cup Seasoned flour

    ~~ -- SPICE BUTTER -- ~~
    8 ounce Salted butter
    1 ounce Tabasco sauce

    Recipe



    Marinate the wings in 1 cup of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour. Make a small incision about 1/4-inch wide across one end of the wings. Push into the incision to create a pocket. Place 1/4 ounce of the blue cheese into each wing. Set wings in the freezer for approximately 1 hour. Toss wings in seasoned flour mixture. Deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and drain well. Toss with the Tabasco Spiced Butter until well coated and serve hot.

    To make the Tabasco spiced Butter, soften/melt butter in microwave for approximately 2 to 3 minutes on high. Do not boil butter. Whisk in 1 ounce of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Hold at room temperature until needed.This recipe yields 1 dozen wings.
