List of Ingredients
3 dozen chicken wings -- rinsed and drained
1 stick margarine
3 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce
1 whole celery -- cut into sticks
1 cup lowfat sour cream
1/2 lemon -- juiced
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 clove garlic -- minced
8 ounces blue cheese -- crumbled
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons green onion -- minced
Recipe
Melt the margarine and add seasoning to it (paprika, salt and pepper). Dip each wing into butter mix and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 400F oven for 30 minutes, turning over after 20 minutes. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce and green onion. Chill until wings are done. Put dip in bowl in center of large serving platter. Arrange hot wings and crisp celery sticks on platter surrounding dip. serves 10
